OUR CATERERS SURF ON CSR

For several years now, we are working with 6 registered caterers.  

They are passionate professionals selected for their quality, creativity and reactivity.

Over the years, customer requirements keep evolving with current social issues and environmental concerns.

From now on, ecology and eco-responsibility had become an important obligation for many professional sectors.

That is why, our caterers are trying to develop further their CSR actions.


Involved in voluntary actions from many years nows, caterers showed their support in social, societal and environmental issues.

Since 2019, he’s certified by ISO 20 121 and show its commitment and investment for the respect of sustainable development.

They are committed in eco-responsible approaches, mainly in order to favorise local trade and local products.

They then working with productors from le Bassin Aquitain with seasonal products

In addition to maintain a political of local productions, a vegetable garden of 2500 sqm has been made in 2019.

For 4 years now, they have been sustainably producing many fresh prducts : vegetables, fruits and
herbs, ready to be cooked.

In case of additional food, there are redistribute for associations dedicated in persons in need. 

To end with, organic waste that can not be sorted or recycled, are used to feed animals.

For many years now, Maison Dulou started to think in environmental and sustainable approaches. In its way to ISO 20 121 certification, many ecologics actions has been thought :

– Use of fresh and local products,grown within a maximum perimeter of 250 km
– Buying from local suppliers
– Promote of non-disposable products (stainless steel, glass or porcelain)and biodegradable elements (bambood or wood)

Theirs places have been redesigned to limit bad effects on the environment : light sensors, collection and treatment of used oils, installation of an industrial cardboard compactor, etc.

The willingness and reflexion of profesionals has put throught the brand as locavore

Engaged, the caterer is now certified
by the certification ISO 20121

Really concerned by the environment, it requires to be minutious
on products traceability and on the respect of cold chain, thanks to engaged and referenced suppliers.

Local food is promoted throught fresh products and seasonal menus.  In addition, they also aim to reduce their carbon footprint as much as possible.

The AROM caterer group is the combination of different brands : Lacoste Traiteur (affilied with Traiteurs de France), Les 2 Coudes sur la table (locavore brand) and Dabbawala (eco-responsible brand).

Since 2017, Arom Caterer proved his desire to become more responsible by
being certified by ISO 20 121.

Throught the years, they hardly develop their sustainble politics throught many axes : working with local and seasonal products, promotion of short circuits, referenced suppliers, products traceability management of additional food, etc..

In their places, many actions has been thought :
– electricity use is controlled

– hiring of people with disabilities

And off course, arom caterer give all the additional food to associations like Banque Alimentaire, Restos du cœur, etc.. and chef is carbon footprint each two years.

We work with a new security company !

To ensure the security of your events, we are now working with a new provider.

With SOMAX SECURITE , business made and managed by women, we prioritize your safety and comfort, with attention to agents behavior.

12 securty staffs, women and men, speaking several languages are now dedicated in the monitoring of our spaces.

Having their professional cards and at minima the French specific diploma “SSIAP 1”, their main role is to control & guarantee our various emergencies exits during each steps of your events : set-up, operation and dismantling.  

Furthermore, we are aware that your professional events deserve respect & discretion. Somax Securite fits to our requirements and their staff are always pleasant!
